Rim Talay Thai Cuisine: Authentic Vegan & Gluten-Free Thai Dining Experience

The sign on the wall states due to staff shortage times food/service may be delayed - Our service was amazing and the food came out quick, very hot and absolutely delicious. *beef drunk noodles and padthai tofu Our server "Ponie" was quick on the jokes and had a great sense of humor - she told my wife there was no to-go boxes and had to finish her meal. We will absolutely be back with friends!

This restaurant is close to the beach, it has outdoor sitting. It looks and feels nice. Dimly lit inside, can be a good place for a date. The food presentation is also very nice. Now, the taste of food is rather average. It’s not bad, but it’s not something you’re going to be impressed with. We stopped there because we came to the beach and it was close to where we parked - it worked well given the circumstances. But it’s not a place I’d specifically come to.

Delicious authentic Thai food! ⭐ My favourite dish goes to the Drunken Noodles which was so incredibly flavourful. We had it medium spicy which was perfect. ⭐ Their fresh roll’s dipping sauce was also notable, very nutty and creamy. ⭐ Mango sticky rice is a must try! What a great way to end the meal

I've been here 3 times and the food has never disappointed. Including the first date of my partner and I, which was 5.5 years ago. The dishes were very yummy. Service was okay. The atmosphere was because we sat outside and could enjoy the people watching in wacky Oceanside just off of Hwy 101. Would recommend. Will be coming back.

Nice little place. HAD the soring rolls, duck curry and drunken noodle. I prefer duck at medium doneness. Other than that everything was great, and they have a.c. Service was nice, atmosphere is inviting. Would be back if in the area again.

such delicious food!! great portions and the flavor was so amazing, with tons of vegan options. we loved the panang curry with tofu, pad see ew, and the eggplant tofu!! the chefs husband is vegan, and her vegan dishes are amazing — almost all the entrees can be vegan. would 100% stop here again, it’s the best thai food i’ve had in recent times. the servers are so seeet and the ambiance is great, the seating and decor is very cozy

Great food! We are vegan and asked them if they could make it vegan, which they accommodated. Very friendly service. And the food!! Some of THE BEST vegan Thai food I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

Good, not great gluten-free entrees. One curry and one vegetarian dish hit the spot, was flavored well, but did not come across as overly fresh. Yes, we arrived at the end of the lunch hour, so please take that j to consideration. The streets were also busy, so it was loud for us.
